I design and implement a tailor made gender smart programme or – component with you. The programme will increase volume and quality of production and at the same time reduce gender inequalities, such as division of labour in the family, decision making, expenditures as well as assets.
The programme will contain training of female and male farmers, your staff, monitoring impact at farm level in terms of productivity, gender and outreach, and making an institutional upscaling plan. As much as possible I will work with knowleable national consultants if available.
